PCP International Ltd., Mechanical Construction Division handles the works of bridges, structural steel work, hydel project works relating to penstocks & gates, tankages and material handling systems. Wherever necessary, when the quantum of work is large, on-site mechanized workshops are set up as in the case of Smelter plant Super Structure work at Nalco. PCP has to its credit number of bridges, penstocks for hydel projects constructed in difficult terrains in the Himalayas where in some cases, working season is limited to just 2-3 months in a year.
