Turnkey Projects
 As the quest to
reach the zenith continued, PCP International Limited diversified into other fields of
Engineering. In 1976 it entered into Turnkey housing project including all infrastructural
work in the Middle East. During the late 70’s, government of Republic of Iraq opened the
avenue of construction of houses for the people of Iraq. PCP participated in various tenders
and against stiff competition and won two major turnkey projects that is when the mechanized
construction was adopted. Housing Projects were successfully completed with pre-cast
technology with the help of team of dedicated professionals, engineers and technicians. The
per-cast technology was procured from Denmark.
